Brinken Terrace is a residential development situated at the top of the island Tromsøya which has splendid views in all directions. The development consists of two blocks of flats surrounded by communal outdoor areas that include both original landscape and vegetation as well as new lawns, play installations and seating areas. The shape of the buildings' footprint can be compared with a boomerang. The height of each block varies from two storeys towards the west and five storeys to the north and east. The varying heights, gently curving forms and the warm brown pine cladding give Brinken Terrace a distinct character in a neighbourhood otherwise dominated by blocks of light coloured student housing and a communication tower.
