Description
Gamle riksvei 53, 8370 Bodø
Nordland Cultural Centre, formerly Nordland Agricultural College and before that Bodin Vicarage, is situated not far from Bodin Church and enjoys views towards Saltenfjorden and the mountains Børrvasstindene. Nordland Cultural Centre comprises several buildings gathered round an open rectangular courtyard. The main building is from 1897 and there are two further two storey buildings which are used as offices. The combined livestock and hay barn, built in an L-shape, forms the northeast corner of the courtyard and this building can house up to 50 cows. A red storehouse is situated just east of the main building. The cultural centre has a large garden with duckpond.
