Friisgården
Description
8380 Ramberg, Flakstad
Friisgården sits in the centre of the village Ramberg, which is close to the main road E-10 on the west coast of the Lofoten Islands. The main road parts the houses of Ramberg, which are located on a narrow field of land between the ocean and the mountains.
Friisgården was an Eighteenth century farm, of which the only remaining building is the farmhouse. Other buildings have emerged alongside the farmhouse, and today Friisgården is one of several buildings in a row by the road. The house has a broad front façade with entrance doors towards the ocean in the west. Some old, and by local standards large, rowanberry trees stands along the front façade.
