The gray and weather-beaten leisure house is located on a former farmstead, in a cultural landscape still characterized by smallholdings with grazing animals and fishing. The landscape is treeless and hilly with views towards the sea and magnificent mountains. An older two-room cottage with a loft was the starting point. It was extended longitudinally, and the courtyard was supplemented with an outbuilding/annex and a generator house. Nearby lie the remains of the foundation of the former barn.
