"Hytte i Målselv fjellandsby" (5 of 7)
Description
The cabin goes far in exploring the architectural potential of the concrete element. From a production-technical perspective, the project was challenging, especially considering the complexity of the geometry. There was continuous and close collaboration between the architect, engineer, and element manufacturer during planning and construction. The concrete elements were produced at a factory an hour's drive from the site. Local aggregate was used in the concrete and craftsmen came from the surrounding area. This created value in the local community.
