Description
The farm was originally called Oppeid Nordre and was divided into two properties in the 19th century: Breidablikk and Skogheim. Breidablikk, as we know it today, was established by merchant Jens Pedersen, who took over the farm around 1845. The trading business was discontinued in 1963, and the family lived in the main building until the late 1960s.
