Description
The galleries’ concrete construction is heavily reinforced to allow the massive compression caused by avalanches. However, circular steel columns, glass railings and tube guide rails give a sense of lightness which is also increased by the galleries’ ceiling sloping down towards the back and joining the wall in a cove.
