Description
The old post office has also served as a school and a lock-up. In fire insurance valuation reports form the 19th century it described as "nedre borgstue" (the lower, as in terrain, servants' house). It is thought that this is the oldest building at Skibotn Marketplace and that it may even have been moved from another older marketplace in Skibotn at Nallevuoppi.
