Description
In 2006 Bøkfjord was the very last Norwegian light station to be fully automated and has since not been attended by live-in keepers. The Norwegian Coastal Administration on behalf of the Norwegian government manages the light station and the land is managed by Statskog (a state owned forestry enterprise).
