Description

A ramp runs downwards from the entrance and the reception area to the exhibition gallery. Here the only natural light emitted into the room comes from the window at the end of the ramp. Through the window one can see the Kautokeino river, with turf huts and earthen mounds in the foreground. The museum room is open towards the slanted ceiling where the wooden laminated strucutre is exposed. Its large height is utilised as a loft-room.
