Description

The house has many characteristic features from the Swiss style. The roof protrudes somewhat from the wall and is supported with tie beams. The gables and central dormer have nicely designed gable boards, where the borders are decorated with saw tooth and meander patterns (above). Both the gables and the central dormer are ornately decorated. In Sweden, the Swiss style is often referred to as "snekkerglede," joiner's happiness.
