The military officers' residence was erected in 1943 on the property Asbjørn Selsbanesgate 23, in the same area as the military barracks and gymnasium. It is a wooden one-and-a-half-storied building, painted white with a red tiled roof. It is characterised by a National Romantic quality, with a trace of the Neo Baroque style, notably the nice detailing of the entrance. The exceptionally designed small-paned windows bestow the building with a unique and distinctive character.
