"Macks ølbryggeri" (4 of 5)
Description
In 2002 the gap between the industrial building to the south and the director's residence was filled in. The ground floor is cantilevered and the walls facing Storgata are glazed. The glass roof has the same slope as the old building. Two copper fermenters with control units are placed on the ground floor and offer an interesting insight into what takes place inside.
The gap between the old residence and the former fermentation room has also been filled in and is now a stairwell fronted by a glass wall. This was done in 1990 and in both cases the architects were Borealis Arkitekter as.
