The entrance is somewhat protected given that the units are staggered in relation to one another, along with the fact that it is raised 3-4 steps above ground level and covered by a balcony. The entrance is elegantly designed and has a wrought iron banister, by the entrance door, in a 1950s style. There is a functionally designed railing on the balcony. Structurally, the balcony has four, horizontal wood laths that are joined to slender iron rods.
