Description
The geometric roof shell structure, which is rounded in form, houses the library. This structure stands in contrast to the rectangular volumes of the town hall. At the same time, both of the buildings are united through the use of materials - glass and smooth surfaces with precise terminations. The roof of the library is clad with titanium sheeting.
