The Focus District contains a library, town hall and multiple cinema halls - a library is situated under the virtually circular roof towards the south, the town hall is located in the rectangular building. The cinema is located underground of the town hall, while the public entrances to the library and cinema are located along the street Grønnegata. The main entrance to the town hall is situated by the town square. The three major facilities are connected through an internal corridor. The connection between the cinema foyer and the library is emphasised. The floor plans are taken from Byggekunst 7/2005.
