The villa's reception rooms are located to the south and west whilst the kitchen and the servants' quarters occupy the east and north. Inside the two sections are clearly separated and the staff has its own stairwell between the ground floor and first floor. The reception rooms, which are the lounge, dining room and drawing room, are organized around the central entrance hall. The bedrooms are on the first floor.
