Lagården Terrace is situated north northeast of Bodø city centre with views over the harbour and the city. The terraced houses are built on shelves on the steep mountainside with feeder access roads between the four rows and underground parking. Perched above each other the houses create an interesting visual structure with solid walls (with bedroom windows) in yellow, red and blue, large glazed areas (living rooms) and roof terraces. Each row of houses consists of four floors and altogether there are 41 homes.
