Description
The elaborate cultural center with its sports hall and large swimming pool, both in Soviet architectural style, are testaments to the town's heyday. The cultural center features a large entrance hall with a library in the middle. On either side of the entrance hall are the sports hall to the left and an auditorium/cinema with tiered seating to the right.
