Description
The landowners have been involved in planning and financing the scheme as well as contributing to its maintenance. The landowners pay for the many sculptures in the area and they now regard the pedestrianization a success. For each stage of the scheme there were fewer objections and consequently it became easier to raise the necessary funds.
