Description
A steep flight of stairs tucked in between the town hall and the cultural centre leads from the centre up to a flat area, to the town hall square. Access to the various functions is grouped in this square, which provides an overview to these activities. The teeming throng in the cultural building is revealed to the square through a large glass wall
the people moving up ramps and through the gallery bring this façade wall to life. The entrance to the town hall is anonymous by comparison, tucked into a corner of the square.
