The officer's residence was strategically located on a ridge north of the other buildings with a view overlooking the entire area. It has a compact form which is emphasised by a half-hipped steep pitched roof and lath panelling. It has symmetrically composed façades and small-paned windows, distinctive features inspired by the Neo-Baroque style of the 1920s.
