The field station has a bed capacity for about 40 persons. The main building houses all communal functions for education, socializing and catering. The educational wing has a large classroom overlooking the courtyard and a laboratory with windows towards the forest. The other wing has an entrance hall with cloakrooms, a combined dining and common room with an open fireplace, a large kitchen and a bedsit for catering staff. The basement contains gym, sauna, showers and technical rooms.
