The tall windbreak is a steel construction clad with horizontal wooden slats and formwork plywood. The floor is made of closely laid wooden slats, and seats and tables are made from the same material. Lower walls clad with dark coated formwork plywood give further shielding to individual seating areas. The design is informed by the traditional knowledge of how to create weather protection and utilize heat absorption.
