Description
The original main entrance is facing westwards towards the sea. Its old empire-style door surround still remains and has round shafts and a pediment. The inscription on the tympanum reads "Anno - 1844 - Domini". The original door was a double door with low pyramidical moulded panels and a transom light. Glazed doors were not a feature of the empire-style.
