The site of the building is situated on the fringe of a steep slope. A central building is located between the two wings and holds the public areas. In order to accentuate the structure, pieces of glass were employed as a dominating material.

On the exterior of the wings, ordinary office windows are integrated with grey timber screens, which are supported by various steel components. This adds to the sculptural quality of the structure.
