Storgaten 1 is a business premise designed in the Swiss style. It is two-and-a-half-storied and terminates with a saddle roof with large eaves, which was typical of Swiss style houses. On the front of the building there is a prominent dormer. The building is clad with horizontal panelling and is divided up with cornices at the division between each floor. The windows are T-post windows with simple framework.
