The town council hall is situated at the end of the adjoined blocks. It is withdrawn so that it faces both towards the town square and visitors at the town hall. This section is two-storied towards the square and the town council hall is located on the second storey (piano nobile). The façades are covered with brick and the light coloured, vertical relief conveys the construction module and rallies towards the vertical high-rise block.
