"Narvik rådhus" (2 of 5)
Description
Towards the west, Frydenlund and the railway lay the town council hall and the cinema like a long, low-rising block. The construction is emphasised on the façade, and with few windows the block appears closed, something which is also in accordance with the function of the building. A slightly arched roof crowns the cinema, an architectural feature which creates a connection with the E-verks block in the north.
