Description

It is a long church where the choir is a continuation of the actual nave in the east. The main entrance is located at the foot of the steeple, which is west facing and overlooks the fjord. It is a tall steeple and terminates with a low-pitched tent roof. On the wall plane there are windows that appear reminiscent of embrasures. The parish hall is situated like an annex in the south. Both the church and the parish hall have steep-pitched hipped roofs which are covered with grey slate.
