The houses, all in a row, have nice, attractive outdoor areas. From the living-room on the upper floor there is direct access to a large terrace, situated over the garage. From the access area between the garage and each individual dwelling there is access to the garden. The common character of the area is accentuated by the ground floor of each house being painted in the same colour, together with the open character of the garden area. At the same time, the garden area is divided up with the help of vegetation, forming larger and smaller outdoor areas on the eastern side of the houses.
