Description

The wings comprising the Theoretical Subjects building are rectangular and situated in a north-south direction. They connect to an open and well-sunlit corridor that has a marble floor, at a right angle. This provides the building with an interesting shape, as well as establishing a tension between contrasts in light and darkness and positive and negative volumes. In addition to brick, a vast amount of copper has been used to decorate the façades of each building. The glass wall structures, located on the end of each wing, house the common rooms and stairwells.
