Description
The bell tower on the barn roof is a replica of a bell tower that was erected on a residential house at Nedre Sandeggen in Kirkesdalen in 1873. It was sold to Øvre Sandeggen where it was placed on the roof of the newly built Sandeggen barn in the 1890s. Therefore, the year 1873 is inscribed on the vane at the top.
