Description
The bird hide at Ekkerøy is situated at the end of the narrow land that connects the tied island to the main land. The shelter is closed towards the west and opens up to the bay looking straight out to the Barents sea in the east. A sheet of glass creates a space very open to the elements on one side and a more sheltered one on the other. This bird hide was completed in 2014.
