"Målselv bru" (3 of 3)
Description
The bridge was completed in 1939 and was until the 1970s part of the main road through the county. By then the volume of traffic was increasing rapidly and the Målselv Old Bridge was no longer strong enough with its limited capacity of only 2.5 tons axle load, and a new bridge was built nearer Olsborg a few hundred meters downstream as part of the new road E6.
