Description

Functionalism was a popular style of architecture during the 1930s. Architects often employed gently sloping roofs and windows with two or three undivided frames often positioned toward the corners of the residence. It has horizontal wooden panelling, which is notched at the corners. This is a detail which is often found in residences that exemplify the ideals of Functionalism.
