Description

This elevated building consists of three storeys as well as a cellar and an attic under a hipped roof with dormer windows. The ground plan is L-shaped, extending over about 240 m². The outer walls are a site-moulded construction, which is externally rendered and painted. The storey dividers are strong wooden floor joists laid on the outer walls, with an internal load-bearing wall in the middle of the house. The hipped roof is built using wooden rafters and a double layer of battening. There is pasteboard between the roofing tiles and the roofing battens.

In the dormer windows in the roof at attic level there are double-gabled windows with cross-pieces
some of the windows also have additional window protection. On the second floor there are T-post windows. On the ground and first floors there are Thermopane windows dating from when the windows were replaced during the second half of the 1990s and some of the window apertures to the north and east have been bricked up.
