This is the original main entrance, from Festningsgata. It is a two-winged, plate-glass-panelled door with glass in the upper plate-glass section, which was common in the second half of the nineteenth century. The windows are typical and at the same time distinguished, with large, vertical panes in twos and threes under a horizontal section consisting of panes of several sizes. The windows have a strong surrounding framework, with brackets and water-bars.
