Description

The building’s site has grown in three stages, dating from 1980, 1982 and 1987. The first building stage covered the main building, including the kitchen, dining room, lounge and three connecting accommodation wings. The second building stage incorporated a fourth accommodation wing and teaching room, workshops, practice room and offices. The third building stage resulted in the rehabilitation section, exercise room, plenum hall and swimming pool. The functions provided in the third building stage have their own entrance and vestibule and are also available for use by people who live locally. In 2001, a minor development was undertaken with the rebuilding of the kitchen and a new staff room. With this development, the site covers a ground area of approx. 4 000 square metres.

The site plan shows the first building stage and plans for the second building stage. The third building stage, with the swimming hall, is not on the plan. The site plan is taken from Byggekunst 1/1982, p. 28.
