The handsome tall altarpiece depicts Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane, and it was bought from the parish of Gaular in 1954. The same year the votive ship, a model of a "fembøring" (a large traditional North Norwegian combined rowing and sailing boat with a square sail), was suspended from the ceiling above the nave. It was made by Mikal Mathiassen from Arnøyhamn. The nave is lit by simple, but elegant chandeliers.
