Description

The entrance hall is a large open space with plenty of daylight and a ceiling continuing the same arch as the outside canopy. Both the walls and the ceiling have pine slats continuing the motive of the outside patterning. Some of the indoor surfaces have pine plywood surfaces painted in shades of white. The floorboards are made of larch.

As well as a cafe in the entrance hall the ground floor contains an assembly hall, meeting rooms, offices, cloakrooms etc. The colour scheme is predominantly white and grey with bluish-green doors. The art installations in the entrance hall are by Marita Isobel Solberg and Kristin Tårnesvik (video) and these were purchased in 2011.
