Description
The interior has white-painted boards and untreated wood construction details and windows. The entrance hall, with its café and information point, has a slate floor. The museum building also functions as an arts centre for the local community, with a wide variety of events throughout the year. A small wing was built in 2003, when the museum needed more offices.
