The chapel is richly decorated both on the interior and exterior. Consider for example the carved foliage ornamentation, in a combination of Dragon style and Jugendstil, on the spandrels between the main nave and the side naves. The windows have exquisite frames designed in a simple Jugendstil. All of the painted details on the interior were executed by the master painter A. Andersen from Vadsø, who also designed and painted the décor on the altarpiece and pulpit.
