Description
The main load-bearing system is made of steel with all secondary constructions in wood. The lower floor is concrete and upstairs wood. Internally the walls are clad with plywood and on the outside there is vertical wooden cladding on the lower parts and continuous glass on the upper section completed with a wood parapet.
