The pulpit and its attendant vaulting stand in the corner between the main nave and the southern transept. In this way, the priest had contact with the area of the congregation seated in the transepts, but he had his back to those sitting in the main nave nearest to the choir. The octagonal pulpit has baroque-style features and was made in 1766. It has paintings done by Gottfried Ezekiel.
