Description

The interior of the hall dates from the mid-nineteenth century, when it was refurbished by the station owner Johan Hammond Wolff. He bought the place in 1843 from his father-in-law Caspar Friedrich Lorch, who had built the station house in around 1815. The room is characterized by the empire style - with dado panelling and fluted pilasters that frame the windows and divide up the wall areas. The furnishings date from the end of the nineteenth century.
