One accesses the cultural building through the courtyard. During the winter, light emitted from the rooms bestows the courtyard with a warm and forthcoming quality. In spite of the large planes of glass that face the courtyard, the building is well acclimatized - insulated concrete with woodwork on the exterior minimizes changes in temperature, therefore reducing the need to heat the building.
