The building situated on the plain are not a traditional monumental building. When seen from the façade side, the otherwise predominantly closed building appears open. The entrance to the arrival hall is open with glass facing the inner courtyard, exposing the central post that forms the building's main constructive element. The entire central section of the building is encircled by a low-rising volume, with offices and smaller rooms, which also serves to protect the building.
