The restaurant "Kompasset" (the compass) is designed to serve a large number of people at the same time, particularly during the summer months. The windows, which go almost all the way around the circle, allow spectacular views and the midnight sun to fill the space on fine days. However, on days when the plateau is covered in ocean fog, the restaurant is a warm, wind free refuge offering a comforting meal.
