The office premises are comprised of double corridors with technical rooms located in the middle. All of the interior walls and ceilings are covered with painted fibreglass wallcovering, interspersed with panes of glass and pinewood doors. The entrance has large windowed areas which provide natural lighting to the interior of the spacious hall. A painting/installation entitled "Y" by Espen Gangvik adorns the hall. The "Reinrose" printed curtains inside the county council hall are part of the adornment scheme (overall design). The textile artist Runa Boger executed these curtains.
